Mrs. Crossland will once again be the sponsor and coach of the Pleasant Plains High School Scholastic Bowl team. This will be her third year as coach, having taken over for Mr. Helle in 2005. The team is looking quite promising this year, as always. As stated by Crossland, “I think that the captain’s position will be rotated among the [six] returning seniors.” These students include Joe Craven, Olivia Helfer, Hunter Lance, Nathaniel Sparks, Adam Spencer, and Drew Stone. There are also three new coming seniors, along with ten juniors, four sophomores, and four freshmen, although the roster is not yet finalized. There may yet be more members added to the team.
