Registration

The high school Guidance Department is encouraging parents to participate in the registration process this year. Parents are urged to attend because this year we are scheduling registration appointments during the day and evening in order to make it convenient for parents to attend. Please note that we are one of the only schools in the area that registers each child individually. Please take advantage of this unique opportunity.

During the registration appointment your student will meet with an advisor who will review transcripts, discuss future plans, review your child's four-year plan, discuss college and careers and answer any questions you or your student may have. Each appointment will last thirty minutes. Please take time out of your busy schedule to participate.

Please use the following guidelines when scheduling a registration appointment:
1. Discuss with your child future academic plans and career goals.
2. Decide if you would like to be present during the registration appointment.
**Please note: students whose parents are not attending the registration appointment must sign up for a time during the school day.
3. If a parent would like to attend the registration appointment pick a block of
time that will be convenient for you.
4. When Mrs. Brandon comes into the classrooms to sign students up for
appointments the student should schedule his/her appointment for the
appropriate time. Feel free to call the Guidance Office to confirm your
student's appointment.

Registration will be from December of 2007 to February of 2008; specific dates will be announced at that time.
