The National Honor Society (NHS) is an organization for students who have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students must also have character, leadership and service qualities. NHS members are inducted in the spring season of their junior year and are members until they graduate. Nation Honor Society is nation wide. The Pleasant Plains National Honor Society, consisting of 22 current members, is located in the local chapter called Peter Cartwright.
