School parties are held at the elementary level to celebrate such special holidays.  Fall parties are held in late October.  Other room parties and special parties for teachers may be arranged at the discretion of the principal.
 If a student is not permitted to participate in the holiday celebrations because of religious beliefs, the parent is asked to notify the school office.  Students may celebrate birthdays at school with their classmates.  Parents are asked to notify the teacher before treats are sent to school.
